12U Developmental League

12U Developmental League

Our Spring 2026 12 and Under league will be taking place this upcoming Spring in Rapid City! There are no tryouts for this age division, but will be sorted into teams once skills have been properly evaluated within the first month. We limit this group to 40 girls, so we can divide into four teams with maximum playing time. This is a great opportunity for those who are in 4th-6th grade to play volleyball! Must be born after July 1st, 2013 to participate in AAU sanctioned tournaments.

12U teams will practice twice per week, and attend four tournaments this Spring. We will run from Mid February, and our last tournament will be the end of April. Practices will be held on one weekend day, and one week night. Some occasional changes from that may occur however.

The fee for our 12 & Under program is $550.  This includes a practice t-shirt, gym rental, coaches pay and tournament entry fees. The fee does not include travel or hotels for tournaments.

REGISTRATION IS FULL.

Please email bhjuniorsvb@gmail.com to be put on the wait list.

Uniforms

Jerseys will be provided for the 12U Program. At the end of the season, you will return these jerseys back to the club program. Families will have to provide a black pair of athletic bottoms for tournament days. They can be leggings, basketball/running shorts, spandex, or whatever the player feels most comfortable wearing.

We encourage families to purchase knee pads before the start of the season, along with a pair of athletic shoes. People have worn running shoes, basketball shoes, volleyball shoes, etc. The ability to tie them tight and have the ability to move/run in them is the most important thing.
